Requesting a return

Customers pay return shipping. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide the approved return warehouse address. Do not send a return to an address you have not received from our team.

When refunds are issued

We issue the refund after return tracking confirms that your item has been delivered to the approved warehouse. Keep your return tracking details until the process is complete.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled only before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Contact us as soon as you want to cancel so we can check its status. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, follow the return process above.
